Yes Automation & Maintenance srl has as its primary objective to provide competitive and QUALITY products and services, to refine its ability to respond to the needs and expectations of customers, both in terms of technical competence and in terms of reliability for the purpose. to ensure that the service provided complies with and meets the explicit and implicit, regulatory and legislative requirements. It also recognizes the importance of protecting the health and safety of workers in the workplace and protecting the environment.
The Management has identified the following actions as the basis of its strategy and policy.
Our goal is to continuously innovate and improve the products and services offered, making optimal use of the resources allocated to Research and Development activities, also thanks to the constant monitoring of the degree of satisfaction and the present and future needs of customers.
We also aim to continually improve environmental and health and safety performance in the workplace, identifying the production processes and technologies capable of reducing safety risks and environmental impacts.
INVOLVE INTERNAL STAFF AND INTERESTED PARTIES
The growth of employee awareness on Quality, Environment and Safety issues, through their involvement and continuous training, information, training and awareness, is the basis for achieving our goals. Particular attention is paid to customers and suppliers.
All suppliers are sensitized and selected on the basis of quality, environmental and safety standards and in compliance with the values of corporate social responsibility.
In order to guarantee the principles and values of the company policy, we have adopted, applied and maintain a Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 45001: 2018, UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and in line with what is defined in the Organization, Management and Control Model and in its Code of Ethics.
To achieve the objectives and goals, our company undertakes to comply with the applicable legal requirements and other requirements that the organization subscribes to and, through adequate planning, to ensure the preparation of programs and the availability of adequate economic and human resources for reach them, verify them and update them.
The enunciated Policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its consistency and adequacy over time with the organizational and production structure and, if deemed necessary, updated and reissued.
The Policy is communicated to all company personnel and made available to interested parties.
